The 32 000 hectare farm Ababis offers a combination of the spectacular landscapes of the Namib desert, savannahs and the “Great Divide”.

The 15 000 hectare private nature reserve “Stolzenfels” and “Areb” focuses on species protection. But we are of the opinion that such areas should not only be reserves outside the normal farming area. The decision not to use this area for agricultural production is balanced by a careful introduction of tourist activity. The unique and spectacular natural environment that can be experienced during daily hikes make a stay at Ababis particularly rewarding.
